Airport pickup & drop-off

  • Fly in before 10:30 AM on the first day
  • Airport pickup is at 11:00 AM
  • Airport drop-off is at 12:00 PM on the final day

Every Theo's Trip has a limited alternate list for people ready to jump in if someone cancels. These spots are for flexible people prepared to travel on short notice.

Before joining

  • Look up and plan to purchase refundable flights with flight insurance
  • Be financially prepared to join the trip quickly
  • Have flexible travel plans
  • Be mentally ready to go on short notice

No deposit required to join the alternate list.

How spot openings work

  1. Alternates are contacted in order
  2. You may receive a call as late as 24 hours before the trip starts
  3. If you accept the spot, full payment is due before boarding your flight
  4. You'll immediately be added to the group chat

If you do NOT receive a call

  • You must be prepared to refund your flight (use your flight insurance)
  • Theo's Trips is not responsible for flight costs, hotel costs, or missed travel expenses

Alternate list rules

  • First come, first served
  • Be prepared with bags packed
  • Airport pickup is still at 11:00 AM on day one
  • Full payment required once you officially accept a trip spot
